An Update Regarding Confirmed COVID-19 Patients on Campus
We would like to inform you of additional confirmed COVID-19 patients on campus as of 23/09/2020:
• A doctoral student at the Solid State Institute
• A graduate student and his spouse, who live in the Zielony Graduate Student Village dormitories.
• A graduate student in the Henry and Marilyn Taub Faculty of Computer Science, who lives in the Junior Faculty Residence dormitories.
• A student in the Faculty of Biology, who lives in the Eastern Village dormitories
• A graduate student in the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering, who lives in the Zielony Graduate Student Village dormitories.
The Technion operates according to the Ministry of Health’s guidelines and therefore, as a precautionary measure, anyone who has been in direct contact with the patients was notified by the Ministry of Health and is required to follow the instructions received. We are in constant contact with the Ministry of Health and will update as necessary.
